Rack shelf was the problem

When we make a bigger order we never pay attention to details that much and I learned that it is a problem! we really should and I will have to focus my attention on that as soon as I get to work tomorrow. My boss cannot know that we are dealing with such cases this inaccurately. He would really kill us if he knew it, you know what I mean? rack shelf was the biggest problem during the last consignment and stuff. It wasn"t up only to me, it was something more than that. we just did not notice that they did not have rack shelf accessories in quantities that we wanted and still we did not cancel that order. If we knew that we surely would, you know what I mean? that shouldn"t have happened, that is the biggest problem of all here. When I feel obliged to tell somebody something I just do that, I never lead to situations when I don"t know how to deal with certain trouble. I always figure stuff out. I hope it will be the same with that rack shelf. Maybe we will come to a conclusion with that after some conversation with the other side. It is still not too late as we still have enough time to send that consignment back. Each time we have twenty four hours to do that. but it would waste all the relations that we had with them. just because of rack shelf and some other stuff. It doesn"t pay off.
