I think that when you live in a block of flats it is important to know your neighbors and be nice to them. Why? After all they can help you when you have a problem or inform police when someone will try to rob you when you will be at work. It is essential to treat them with respect. Of course you don^t have to be in touch with the whole block. I think that you just have to greet with them and talk nicely. What are your relations with neighbors? Recently my neighbor came to me and asked for help with his bathroom cabinet. It has fallen down from the wall and he wanted me to help him put it there again. It was a bathroom cabinet with a mirror in front of it, so it had to be above the sink. It was quite heavy and the moment I came there I realized why he needed help with it. I wouldn^t be able to lift it up on my own as well. Luckily after fifteen minutes of work his bathroom cabinet was back in the place he was destined to be. Later on, he invited me for a beer in return for the help I offered him and we had a really nice chat. By such simple thing I was able to find a good friend among my neighbors. Would you act the same if you were in my situation. It would be the best choice, in my opinion.
